AP: Employers added 54,000 jobs in May -- lowest number in eight months -- as unemployment rises to 9.1%. So those lower tax rates for the wealthiest Americans, a group which presumably includes employers who are in theory hiring more people with all that extra cash -- are helping HOW, exactly? Oh right, everything is Obama's fault.
